A memoir writing instructor has asked me to substitute for her one day in September. Fortunately, I've actually read the books already. I plan to donate the fee to the South Los Angeles shelter where I volunteer on Sundays. I just adopted a kitten a few weeks ago. He loves my cat and chases her around; she hates him. It's like living in a Pepe le Pew cartoon...
